This robust front-end solution from Intellect Wealth Qube suite empowers RMs to deliver analytics-backed hyper-personal advisory. Driven by 6PAc framework, it enables contextualised navigation and provides 360 Degree view of clients to communicate the right message on right channel at the right time. With its 65 API endpoints and STP capabilities, it enables 1600 RMs across 250 bank branches of the Malaysian bank to serve close to 1 million wealth customers and provide an array of 24 investment product types. The successful implementation has enabled the wealth business to look ahead to a double-digit growth in the wealth customer base. Its strong 3D compliance engine caters to local regulatory requirements like Investor Suitability Assessment form, license-driven compliance for plan journey and investment product recommendation. At the bank in Thailand, the API-driven solution integrates 42 end points from internal and external data sources to enable data aggregation in real-time and batch mode. It supports end-to-end digital wealth journeys – from digital on-boarding, guided goal based investment planning, 360 degree real-time portfolio view, product comparisons and recommendations. The implemented solution was rolled out in 157 branches for 150 RMs to serve 100,000 customers, providing 15+ product classes for investment.
